Drug Sample Pack Packaging

This collateral piece was a sample pack for prescription medication. The overall package was a complete item for doctors to give to patients with their prescriptions. The prescription savings card was attached to the front with a glue dot and the inner pocket contained an information sheet on the drug and the savings program. Doctors could tuck the written prescription into the pocket for patients’ safekeeping. (Drug and company info blurred per request.) The package collateral contained the following:
